PROGRAMS AND METHODOLOGIES
We work to improve the living conditions of the most vulnerable children and young people
GLOBAL DEVELOPMENT TOOL
We change life stories through sport
At the Barça Foundation we understand that sport is vital for the health, happiness and emotional development of children. These three areas are complementary to each other and the aim is to use sport as a tool for global development.
Education and Protection
Our aim is to promote protection and equal opportunities in the education of children and young people, with a cross-cutting perspective of diversity in all its forms, including children with disabilities, young people without adult role models, and refugee and migrant children. We do this through projects that include training, social and labour insertion and psychosocial support, both locally and internationally. In protection, we focus specifically on reducing the different forms of violence against children through prevention and detection measures and training in action protocols.

We want to promote the social fabric by making children and young people the focal point and making them drivers of change to nurture social inclusion and cohesion and peace in their communities. We use sport as a tool to empower girls, boys and young people, and we ensure their growth and development through participation and active citizenship, and by generating a network of care and monitoring while strengthening ties both locally and internationally.

Programs to access and strengthen education in collaboration with La Masia
We are committed to education as a fundamental part of children's development and that is why we run different projects in this field, in association with UNICEF and with our own projects like Masia Solidària, which seeks to awaken the social consciousness of young athletes from the different sections of the Club.
