Sports for Peace and Protection Project in Support of Refugee and Host Community Youth in Uganda
The project is aimed at 4,799 individuals (3,359 refugees and 1,440 members of the host community, of which 2,879 are young men and 1,920 young women) living in the settlements of Nakivale and Oruchinga, in the district of Isingiro. Indirectly, it is expected to reach 14,397 people in the community. There will be a specific emphasis on the involvement of adolescent girls and young women. The project will focus mainly on young people not in school.
