JANGKOM

Access to economic opportunities

The goal of the ‘Jangkom’ project is to improve access to economic opportunities for 120 women and young people in the Saint-Louis region of Senegal, by offering training in various professions and in intrapreneurship (enabling individuals to act like entrepreneurs within an organisation). Support is also provided in the form of assessment and the offer of microcredits when setting up their companies or businesses. These activities are carried out in a hub, including a co-working space, to encourage business development opportunities in this area.

ASSOCIATION LIVES

Social inclusion through access to health and education

In conjunction with a local organisation (Association LIVES), approximately 400 children and young people will have improved access to education and health (physical and mental) through the provision of a balanced meal per day, medical monitoring, management in development-related conflict resolution, and training (from pre-school level up to vocational training).
