What games are included in the pack?

Can I share the tickets of the pack?

Yes, the tickets of the packs are not individual, once they are received in the buyer's email they can be forwarded to any family member or friend if the person who has acquired them cannot attend any of the games.

Buying Mechanics

Click on the purchase button, select the number of packs you want to purchase (tickets are guaranteed together* up to 6 packs being purchased in the same purchase process), the area of ​​the pack you prefer, add your data and complete the purchase process.

Once the pack is purchased, you will receive a confirmation email with the purchase summary, informing you of the ticket delivery method (In general, they will be sent by email within 24h-48h of each game to the buyer's email) and providing you with a locator to be able to identify the pack.

Note: Although it is highly unlikely, in exceptional cases the delivery of tickets for any of the games in the pack could be postponed until 3 hours before the game

What do we mean by tickets together? *

We will always try to assign the tickets in pairs, in the best option available at all times.

Partial refund if any match of the pack is not disputed*

In the acquisition of packs that have included matches that depend on the sports trajectory of the team, the club will make the partial refund of the amount of the matches that, for sports reasons, it has not been necessary to play in case of such circumstance or also in case of non-classification by the final phases of the respective competitions if the circumstances that the team did not reach these phases of the competitions and were the matches included in the pack. The amount of the return would be the result of dividing the amount of the pack between the number of matches included in it and multiplying the result by the number of undisputed matches.

Save the comission fee **

With the purchase of your ticket pack you will only pay once the comission fee, in this way you will save the comission fee that are paid in the purchase of each individual ticket (2,5€). To give a practical example, in the purchase of two packs of 8 matches each, if these tickets had been purchased individually, a total of 16*2,5€= 40€ in management expenses would have been paid while acquiring 2 packs of 8 matches only have to be paid 5€, that is, there is a saving of 35€ in your purchase of the ticket pack.
