Aiming to enhance life skills through games and physical activity, within the framework of the FC Barcelona Foundation’s own methodologies, in addition to offering labour-market reinsertion opportunities to female inmates at the Brians 1 Penitentiary, the Foundation began a process of empowerment, self-awareness, skill detection and vocational orientation testing to create individual training schedules – with a focus on actively and productively searching for jobs.
