Code of Good Corporate Governance

The Barça Foundation is firmly committed to fulfilling its transparency obligations. Our will is to formalise the rules of action and ethical principles to be followed both in our decision-making and in the implementation of the Foundation's projects.  It is for this reason that the Barça Foundation Board of Trustees, at its meeting on 17 December 2020, approved its adherence to the Code of Good Corporate Governance of the Catalan Foundations Coordinator. This Code is addressed to both the members of the Board of Trustees and the organisation’s professionals in the exercise of their functions.
